Property Care & Management

 

Basic Key Holding Management:  We will keep your keys in a secure and locked place.  We will go into your property once per week to check all is okay.  Flush toilets, air through and if requested turn on the electric and water prior to arrival. 

We will also provide a 24/7 call out service should any emergency arise while you or your guests are using the property.

We can meet your guests to let them into your property and hand over the keys.  On departure we can meet to collect the keys.

Basic Laundry and Linen Clean:  To include taking off and collecting used bedding, tea towels, towels etc., clean, iron and return, making beds, fresh and ready for your next visit.

Total Property Clean and Laundry Service:  After the property is vacated, to include (in every room and staircase) vacuum cleaning (our own vacuums), mopping, dusting/polishing, bathroom/WCs/bidet cleans, kitchen clean, including oven and microwave, window cleans inside and outside, terraces and patio furniture.  When the property is vacant we will empty the bins and fridge.  If the property is to remain empty for a length of time, the fridge will be turned off.  We will also maintain your dishwasher with salt and rinse aid.  We supply a complementary starter pack of a dishwasher tablet, laundry tablets, dish cloth, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, bin liner and hand soap.

PURCHASING A NEW PROPERTY?

Before completion we carry out a snagging survey or full snagging survey with photos. We can also carry out builders cleans.
