Company History

We at ATR are a family run business which started trading in 1987. Initially we were a home improvement and building maintenance company however we soon built a reputation with our work ethic - reliability, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

In 1997 we expanded our business to include total reforms and new buildiing construction works and through our reputation we gained much recognition from local authorities who appointed us as main contractors for a variety of building improvements, including works for the disabled and major damp proofing works.

In 2006 we moved to the Costa del Sol with the intention of continuing our business. By keeping our same work ethic of being reliable, efficient and cost effective and within a short period of time our reputation had soon spread, enabling our business to expand and carrying on succeeding.

Furthermore due to our excellent reputation of being reliable and trustworthy many of our existing clients approached us to be their main key holder to maintain and care for their properties.

We have since established (mainly through recommendations) many satisfied clients who are continually being added to our full property care, management and key holding services.
